One More Sleep to the 8k

Our big race is almost upon us.... The course is getting a final check this evening, water station is arranged - at the 4k marker beside the Rugby Pitch, km markers are being put up.... Final Arrangements Registration at Forest Park Car Park from 11am tomorrow morning Cost €10 for over 18s and €5 for under 18s or students Race starts and finishes in Car Park This is a trail race, so be aware that you will not always be on a tarred surface Race will start at 12.
